durst + ja rule = yucky
fact of the day: newark is the only town in the usa which is an anagram of wanker. (why didn't i ever figure that one out myself? popbitch is just the best).
i love ja rule. he has the most beautiful voice and he grabs his willy when he sings; but i am kind of down about the fact that romeo is going to be opening for his shows in the autumn. i saw romeo play this summer and he was really terrible. romeo's song is almost as bad as richard blackwood's "who da man?" because it's all about how great he is. he shouldn't be so cock-sure of himself this early on in his career! i don't like it.
ja rule is also reported to be making a song with limp bizkit. i think it'll sound totally fucked up and stupid, seeing as ja has this gravelly super-sexy voice whereas fred durst sounds like a pipsqueak. my new celebrity crush is pharrell williams, anyway. j told me that everyone in hip-hop was mean to him before he got famous. he makes songs with britney and nelly as well as with n-e-r-d and seems to have fun doing so.
this city is the best place in the world to catch bands. tonight we checked out a couple, and hung with eric. we like eric. it will be no fun seeing bands there without him.
